Cape Lookout is one of Oregon's most remote parks with the longest beach in the Oregon State Park system. The park is located directly on the Pacific Ocean. Five miles of open coastline to explore with numerous nature trails. Its high cliffs affording spectacular vistas for whale watchers and hang gliders. Its deep water shoreline is a favorite among fisherman but with the swift currents swimming is not advised. The campground has 214 sites (of which 38 are full hookups) with rates that are seasonal, $13-$16 (Oct 1-Apr30) and $17-$20 (May 1-Sep 30).
